The Commission is empowered by the Charities Act to deal with certain types of issues related to charities, so please read the information on our Complaints page before sending us your complaint. Use this form to report serious wrongdoing on the part of a charity; or if you have information that a person/s is involved in illegal activity connected with a charity.
