Pike River Miners’ Relief Fund Registered with Charities Commission

The Charities Commission has today registered the Pike River Miners' Relief Fund. The Fund, which was established by the Board of Pike River Coal Limited, now has charitable entity status under the Charities Act 2005.
Information about the newly registered charity, including a copy of its rules, are available on the Charities Register, which can be viewed by members of the public at www.charities.govt.nz Its unique charities registration number is CC45758.
