2024 Charities Services Annual Meeting
Registered charities are warmly invited to attend our Annual Meeting online on Wednesday 13 November 2024, 12:00pm - 2:30pm.
This year’s online programme will include addresses from Minister Upston, the Charities Registration Board and officials, followed by a Q&A session where attendees will be able share their feedback and questions. There will also be information sessions on popular topics.
We welcome you to register or one or both parts of this meeting, depending on your needs.
Part 1: Annual Meeting (12:30pm-1:30pm)
- Speeches from Te Rātā Atawhai (the Charities Registration Board) and senior officials
- Question and answer session
Part 2: Information Sessions (1:45pm – 2:30pm)
- Good Governance
- Annual reporting
- Incorporated Societies reregistration

Registration closes on 6 November 2023, and everyone registered will receive an attendee pack including our 202/24 Annual Review document before the meeting.
If you are not able to attend, recordings will be available after the meeting on our website and can be viewed at any time.
Don’t worry if you’ve never attended a meeting online before, we will include detailed instructions on how to join and participate in your attendee pack.
