2025 Charities Services Annual Meeting

On 12 November 2025, we held the Charities Services’ Annual Meeting with registered charities from all over the country. The meeting included speeches from: 

  • Hon Louise Upston, Minister for the Community and Voluntary Sector
  • Jane Wrightson, Chair of the Charities Registration Board
  • Rachel Leota, Deputy Secretary Regulatory and Identity Services
  • Charlotte Stanley, Director of Charities Services.
     

After the speeches we held two interviews on:

  • Benefits and obligations of being a registered charity
  • The value of the Charities Register and annual reporting from a funder’s perspective.

The meeting concluded with a question and answer session with Charities Services staff.
