In February and March 2026, we held two webinars for charities that are incorporated societies and have not yet reregistered under the Incorporated Societies Act 2022. With the deadline approaching, now is the time to make sure your charity takes the steps needed to keep operating.

The webinars explained what your charity needs to do to continue operating and keep its registered charity status.

If your incorporated society does not reregister under the new Incorporated Societies Act by the deadline, it will cease to exist. This has serious legal, financial, and tax consequences, and your charity is likely to also be deregistered from Charities Services.
