    In a decision dated 28 May 2018 the independent Charities Registration Board (the “Board”) determined that Sea Shepherd New Zealand Trust (the “Trust”) and Sea Shepherd New Zealand Limited (the “Company”) – collectively, “the Sea Shepherd New Zealand entities” – meet registration requirements.   • The modernisation of the Charities Act - discussion document released

    Update: The due date of the public consultation has been extended to 31 May, 2019.
